keeps crashing since I bought more designs

I really loved this app when I first got it which is why I am super bummed out/annoyed that as soon as I spent $1.99 to get more designs, it has not been able to reopen fully. Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app numerous times over the last two weeks and it still crashes every single time I try to open it :( has this happened before? how can I undo it? Im trying other weather apps out but I really want this one back!
